Pillsbury Clarification

My Pillsbury source contacted me and told me that he wants everyone to know that the information he has given me is basically public information. He has not told me facts that he is not allowed to give because of his position. He has simply clarified a few misunderstandings that I had about the situation. The failure of PIllsbury is very sad. I have a sense (check with Jim McLeish for clarification as he has first hand knowledge) that the relationship between Richard Clearwaters (then chairman of the Pills board) and the then PIlls President) in essence caused a split that resulted in the creation of MBBC. That was the beginning of the end.

About Pills finances, 990s have been filed and are available at www.guidestar.com. Details on assets and debts are public.

The old infrastructure of the PIlls facility did not help
